Roch Charbonneau has been CEO of Digital Impact Venture Studio since April 2021. Roch worked more than 20 years at Nortel Networks where he occupied various leadership role in technology management, operations, and R&D. He also worked several years as a venture capitalist and entrepreneur in residence at the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC).
Roch also serves on several boards of directors and acts as a strategic advisor to several technology companies, offering his expertise, business judgement, and innovative approaches to help achieve the mission of these companies.
Michael Richard has been CEO of Brzwire Inc. since November 2021. Michael has more than 20 years of experience in building and maintaining fiber and wireless networks, with proven competencies in leadership, fiscal, management, and innovation. Prior to joining Brzwire, Michael occupied various director and vice-president role within government, municipalities, and telecom network operating companies.
Michael Davies has been CEO of PHNX Technologies since November 2021. Michael has over 25 years of experience in visioning, directing, and funding new business opportunities in technology including: wireless (WiFi & TVWS), solar, semiconductors, optical components, magnetics, and biophotonics.
Previously, Michael worked at 6Harmonics as VP Business Development overseeing, sales to ISP & enterprise customers, strategic partnership agreements, regulatory & product certification, and supply chain development. He also occupied various leadership roles at Tembo Networks, Sixtron Advanced Materials, and MetroPhotonics.
Larry Marson has been the Chief Executive Officer of Dataduct Networks inc. since October 2022. Larry has over 35 years of telecom experience in product development and business management. During his career, he has covered all aspects of Go-to-Market from ideation, sales, and development delivery to support and end of life. He has experience managing large multi-site teams as well as small startup teams.
Larry has extensive telecom experience having spent 20+ years at Nortel Networks. He led all engineering activities at Bridgeport Networks, a startup developing fixed mobile convergence solutions. Larry was also with Hewlett Packard Enterprise where he led the Americas Telecommunications Software practice. Larry is also an prominent expert part of the DUC network acting as an advisor on telecommunication projects in Canada.
